I am going to do my best for the next 100 days well 99 now to write about my training...This is my 3rd time training for the 26.2. Although my training this time around is different, my desire to push myself to new limits and rock out remains the same!

ugh
woke up late this morning...I was going to head the gym but didnt wake up in time...could have run outside but promised myself post long runs I will head to the pool, so I opted to sleep another 45 minutes :) We will see what tonight and tomorrow bring but I may try to hit the pool for some good running! I am still having some pain in muscles around the shin but I have been on the roller and in the water as much as possible. Thank you to Ale for massaging my right leg today it felt essentially totally fine...wondering I can convine him to do the left tonight, we'll see!!! Oh running...What are we at now 95 days?
